We present a first look at new companion Molly, played by Ruth Bradley, in action! Click on the image on the full news page to see the whole picture...
We're exceedingly proud of, and excited about, the release of new Eighth Doctor box set Dark Eyes, and when Ruth Bradley, who plays new companion Molly, was in studio recently, the massively talented Alex Mallinson took some pictures of her in full VAD costume - so we thought we'd sneak one away from him for you to see!
Molly is a voluntary aid detachment worker (or VAD) who is minding her own business helping the soldiers of the First World War when the Doctor drops in and turns her life upside down. What's happened to him? Why has he ended up in the War? What part is Molly destined to play in the unfolding battle? Who is the mysterious figure watching from a distance? And why are the Daleks hounding the Doctor once more?
Dark Eyes stars Paul McGann and Ruth Bradley, with Peter Egan as the Time Lord Straxus, Toby Jones as Kotris and, of course, Nicholas Briggs as the Daleks.
Four discs of full-throttle adventure (plus an extra 'making of' disc) are coming in November, and they can be pre-ordered in box set form now for only £20 as part of our low-priced Special Releases range
It's ten years since Nick Briggs became co-executive producer of Big Finish Productions. His friends and colleagues celebrate this fact in a not entirely serious tribute.
