UK RATES

Except in special circumstances, all UK parcels are shipped by Royal Mail. Orders of more than £100 will be couriered via DHL.

Single item rates apply as follows:

• Standard jewel CD (1-2 discs): £1.25 (large letter rate)
• Larger items and box sets: £2.50 (small parcel rate)

Postage costs are cumulative, but also capped at a maximum of £4, no matter how many items you buy.

UK pre-orders (ie purchased before day of release), subscriptions and bundles are currently postage free.

A very small number of special items (eg limited edition vinyl) are subject to a one-off fee. Any such charges will be clearly flagged in your basket before checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

All international parcels are shipped via DHL's Global Mail Packet service.

For all international zones, the fees are calculated as follows:

• Standard jewel CD (1-2) discs: £1.50 per item
• Larger items and box sets: £3.00 per item

Postage costs are cumulative, and also subject to a per order charge of £6.50.

International subscription and bundle postage charges are calculated based on the specific content included and the postage timeline for the items.

For certain key territories, you will see these postage charges converted to your local currency when checking out, based on rates quoted on www.xe.com
