Shipping Rates

If you are changing address or have moved, and are expecting a delivery of CDs or other physical products, please ensure you contact sales@bigfinish.com to inform them of your new address before an order is dispatched. If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect/out of date shipping address being provided, any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

UK RATES

Except in special circumstances, all UK parcels are shipped by Royal Mail on the Tracked 48 service as standard. A tracking link will be included in your dispatch email. We dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however it can take up to 5 days in some cases.

The minimum domestic shipping charge is £4.50. This price is capped no matter how many items you buy.

A very small number of special items (eg limited edition vinyl) are subject to a one-off special fee. Any such charges will be clearly flagged in your basket before checkout.

UK pre-orders (ie purchased before day of release) benefit from a reduced minimum shipping charge of £2.50 for single items, with shipping capped at £4.50 if you purchase more than one pre-order release. Bundle shipping will be charged at £4.50 as standard, although there are some exceptions for heavy or special items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

International parcels are shipped via UPS, FedEx or with Royal Mail's international tracked services.

For international zones, the fees are calculated as follows:

  • Standard Items (pre-order): From £3 per item in Euro territories, and from £4 per item in Rest of the World.
  • Standard Items (released): From £3 per item in Euro territories, and from £3 per item in Rest of the World

Postage costs are cumulative, and also subject to a minimum per order charge of £5.

International subscription and bundle postage charges are calculated based on the specific content included and the postage timeline for the items.

For certain key territories, you will see these postage charges converted to your local currency when checking out.

These rates apply from 29th July 2026 until further notice.

Customers are responsible for the payment of all customs charges due on deliveries outside the UK.

Please note that from January 2021, customs charges are applicable to all shipments from the UK into EU countries. Please check the threshold allowances for your country of residence for an indication of the additional fees this may incur.
