One of the most popular guest actors to have appeared in the show, his science-fiction credentials are impeccable. Here, he discusses his early life and his career in the theatre, as well as roles in Sapphire and Steel, Blake's 7 and the BBC radio Lord of the Rings. By his own admission he doesn't remember much about Doctor Who, but he does remember not getting on with a theatrical knight and training himself in the business of acting. He's a true TV hero this, fellow, and so a series like Who's Round doesn't really bear thinking about.
