He's worked opposite two Doctors in three stories, playing villains each time. Oft quoted, never bettered, he's one of the most fondly regarded experts in small screen villainy to have graced the series. Outside of Doctor Who he has worked at the RSC and has a little known connection with a much loved British pop star. You'll recognise him the minute he opens his mouth!
