Returning to the role of Charley's mother, Lady Louisa Pollard, is Doctor Who legend Anneke Wills (Polly from the Second Doctor's era), and this time we also get to meet Charley's father, Richard Pollard, played by the magnificent Terrence 'The Demon Headmaster' Hardiman.
