Catherine Tate

Comedian and actress Catherine Tate rose to fame with her BBC sketch series The Catherine Tate Show, and soon after was cast as Donna Noble in Doctor Who’s 2006 Christmas special The Runaway Bride. The character was such a hit that she returned as a companion in the 2008 series, followed by further returns in 2009, 2010, and 2023. Tate has voiced Donna for several Big Finish audio releases, beginning in 2016. Her other notable credits include the US The Office and an award-winning stage role in Much Ado About Nothing alongside David Tennant.
