Purchasing a gift card

Where do I find the gift cards?
The gift card purchase page is available through the about menu here or via the URL: www.bigfinish.com/pages/v/gift-cards 
 
How do I buy a gift card? 
Select a gift card value in your native currency (choose from £GBP, $USD, €EUR, $AUD, $NZD, $CAD). You can add a personal message and the names of the people buying and receiving the gift. Then press ‘buy’ and pay using PayPal or a credit/debit card. 
 
What values do the gift cards come in?  
You can choose from a £10, £25, £50 or set your preferred amount with a custom gift card. The minimum amount for a gift card is £5.

Do I need to create a Big Finish account to purchase a gift card?  
No, you don’t need to create an account. 
 
How will my gift card be delivered? 
You can choose between an email or PDF print-out. 

How long will it take to receive the gift card? 
It’s sent instantly via email.  
 
Can I order gift cards in bulk?  
No. Gift cards can only be purchased one at a time. 

What should I do if my gift card doesn’t arrive? 
Please email sales@bigfinish.com with your order details for assistance. 

How to use your gift card

How can I check my gift card balance? 
Select ‘check your gift card balance’ on the gift card purchase page and enter your gift card code.  

How do I use my gift card?  
In the checkout process, enter your gift card code to deduct its value from your basket’s total amount. 

Can I redeem multiple gift cards against a single order? 
No, as the gift card is effectively a unique discount code, you can only use one per order. 

Do I need to register my gift card? 
No, just enter the gift code to redeem the card. 
 
Will my gift card expire?  
The gift card will expire 24 months after its purchase date. 
 
Can I return gift cards or orders bought with gift cards? 
Contact sales@bigfinish for assistance with returns involving gift cards. 
 
Is there anything I can’t buy with my gift card? 
No. The gift cards can be applied for any item at the checkout. 
 
Can I top up my gift card? 
No. A new gift card would need to be purchased. 

What do I do if my gift code isn’t working? 
Please email sales@bigfinish.com with the relevant details. 
 
Can I get cash back from my gift card? 
No. The balance on your gift card can’t be exchanged for cash. 

Do I need to use the gift card’s total value in one transaction? 
No. The balance on your gift card can be used across multiple orders. 
 
Can I use my gift card for a different currency? 
No. Your gift card will only work for transactions in the currency it was purchased for.
