A PERSONAL APOLOGY FROM EXEC PRODUCER NICK BRIGGS
This is a big apology to all our loyal listeners who have experienced delays in receiving their books and CDs from us recently. This has come about because of a combination of staff on holiday and the unexpected popularity of our Summer Sale.
The backlog is currently being reduced, but we also understand the intense frustration being caused by a lack of responses from our sales email address and sales telephone number. The reason for this is that our sales staff are working hard on reducing the backlog of orders, and this has left them too busy to tackle the emails and answer the phone.
We are a small company and we don't have massive resources, but rest assured that all orders will be fulfilled. We are working hard to ensure this doesn't happen again. If you have not had your sales enquiry responded to, please try the

Once again, my sincerest apologies to you all. Please bear with us, we are doing our best to get everything back on track and aim to have everything back to normal by the end of the month.
