Star Cops on the edge of war

It’s a difficult time for the International Space Police Force. With Earth’s mineral resources running low, and international tensions high, the pressure is on the Star Cops to de-escalate the situation before full-blown war breaks out. 

In the first three episodes of Star Cops: Conflict, they’ve already dealt with sabotage on the Moon and deadly intrigue at a movie premiere, but the biggest threats are yet to come. The full-cast audio drama miniseries returns for its final three episodes, released monthly from September to November 2026, and building to a climax where the stakes are higher than ever. 

Based on the 1987 BBC series, the Star Cops audio series features the voices of three original TV cast members – David Calder as Commander Nathan Spring, Linda Newton as Chief Superintendent Pal Kenzy, and Trevor Cooper as Inspector Colin Devis. 

Episodes four to six of Conflict also star Philip Olivier (Brookside, Hollyoaks) as Inspector Paul Bailey, Jessica Martin (Doctor Who: The Greatest Show in the Galaxy) as Space Agencies Assembly director Alexandra Myers, and Ben Miles (Andor, The Crown) as lunar businessman Howard Lesser. Further guest cast will be announced at a later date.

Adrift by Georgia Cook 

When a stolen cargo shuttle drifts back into lunar orbit, seemingly deserted, Nathan and Paul investigate. They uncover a conspiracy involving hijacking, smuggling – and claims of a creature at loose. 

Tick Tock by Roland Moore

As tensions escalate between the superpowers back on Earth, Nathan finds that Moonbase is in grave danger. 

But can he trust an anonymous warning enough to order an evacuation or is it just a bluff? 

If he gets it wrong, his decision could have catastrophic consequences for everyone on Moonbase. 

Final Gambit by Andrew Smith

Following a catastrophe on the Moon, the Earth seems to be heading for war. Suspicion is rife, and even the Star Cops are accused of deliberately making the situation worse.
