The Sixth Doctor (Colin Baker and Peri (Nicola Bryant) have been reunited with former TARDIS traveller Vislor Turlough (Mark Strickson). The trio make for an uneasy alliance as they travel time and space together, but an end is in sight... Trion! 

Reunion, the latest box set in the Doctor Who audio drama range The Sixth Doctor Adventures, comprises three brand-new full-cast episodes. First, the time-travelling trio get mixed up with a dating agency in 1960s London, before they uncover the industrial crimes behind a society powered by radiation. 

Finally, they return to Turlough’s home planet, which is in trouble, occupied by alien forces. And not for the first time, the Doctor finds himself wondering whether he can truly trust Vislor Turlough…

Vislor Turlough returns to Trion at last – and promptly hands the Doctor and Peri over to the occupying forces. 

Has Turlough learned any lessons from the Time Lord he was once tasked with killing? And in order to liberate his broken home, who is he willing to sacrifice? 

The guest cast of Save the Date comprises Annette Badland (Ted Lasso, Big Boys, Doctor Who) as Mary Joy, Jo Castleton as Val/President Heyer, Faith Omole as Stephanie/President Lemdel, and Tom Butcher as Barry Muffet. 

Poison’s Reach guest stars Brian Capron (Coronation Street) as Priss Stelta, Rosie Jones as Sandra Baby Aureliano Silva, Alexander Mushore as Three-Five, and Charlotte Harris as Effies. And, Broken Home guest stars Ryan Gage (The Hobbit) as Frella, Rachel Atkins as General Hesht, Robyn Cooper as Sergeant, and Andrew James Spooner as Avokan Guard. 

Script editor Robert Valentine said: “I was really excited to have Turlough travelling with the Sixth Doctor and Peri again because he has such a fruitful character dynamic. Turlough is super-shifty and isn’t sure he can trust this new incarnation of the Doctor – Peri is something of a peacemaker between them. But more fundamentally, Turlough isn’t sure he can trust himself and is afraid of the challenge that lies ahead of him, and that’s the key to this set.” 

Actor Nicola Bryant added: “At this point, the Doctor and Peri have a very close, symbiotic relationship. They understand each other. They trust each other. So they’re working like a double act while keeping Turlough under their wing without him fully realising. It definitely changes the dynamic to have one more resident in the house!”
