Lisa Bowerman
Lisa Bowerman’s association with Doctor Who began in 1989 when she played Karra in Survival, the final serial of the classic era TV series. In 1998, she began playing Bernice Summerfield, a 26th-century archaeologist and companion of the Seventh Doctor, in her own audio series for Big Finish Productions, a role she continues to develop today. Bowerman has also played Ellie Higson in the Jago & Litefoot series and has directed over 300 audio productions. On screen, she is known for starring in the first two series of BBC medical drama Casualty.
