There are just two days left to the Sixth Doctor now... Or more accurately, two days left until Big Finish's release of Doctor Who - The Sixth Doctor: The Last Adventure, which sees Colin Baker's Sixth Doctor reunited with a number of former companions and friends in one final battle against the Valeyard, the distillation of the worst of the Doctor, played with perfection by TV legend Michael Jayston.

The price of Doctor Who - The Sixth Doctor: The Last Adventure will be held at a pre-release price of £40/£20 on CD and Download until the end of September (saving £5 on either format), with orders placed before release getting free UK postage for those choosing the gorgeous, limited edition book-format CD version.

We're pleased to announce that thanks to the sterling work of our sound designers, interviewers and editors, for all purchasers through the Big Finish site (on either CD or Download), there will be an additional download made available later in the month, containing an extended version of the set's behind-the-scenes extras. As with the free download version of the release available to purchasers of the CD, this will not be available from anywhere else.
