Doctor Who: Philip Hinchcliffe Presents... A Trailer

5 July 2014

The long awaited trailer for Big Finish's Doctor Who: Philip Hinchcliffe Presents... is now available to hear.

In advance of September's release of the collaboration between Big Finish and legendary Doctor Who producer Philip Hinchcliffe, we're proud to release the trailer for Doctor Who: Philip Hinchcliffe Presents...

The box set comprises two epic stories for the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) and Leela (Louise Jameson) from the man who oversaw some of the show's most classic moments...

"The edits are complete now," says producer David Richardson, "and I couldn't be prouder of this release. This is Philip's vision of Doctor Who just as you remember it - dark and scary, with magificent villains and deep moral dilemmas."

The Ghosts of Gralstead (Six episodes)
The Doctor and Leela return to Victorian London, in the year 1860.
At St Clarence’s Hospital, respected surgeon Sir Edward Scrivener requires the bodies of the dead… At Doctor McDivett’s Exhibition of Living Wonders and Curiosities, miracles are afoot… And in Gralstead House, the ghost will walk again. Mordrega has come to Earth…

The Devil's Armada (Four episodes)
The TARDIS lands in Sissenden Village in the sixteenth century. Catholic priests are hunted, so-called witches are drowned in the ducking stool, and in the shadows the Vituperon are watching… and waiting…

The six-disc set also includes a behind the scenes documentary, featuring interviews with Philip, Tom Baker, Louise Jameson, adapter Marc Platt and the cast and crew.

Pre-orders on Download or CD versions can be found here.

You can also get it in a bundle with Season Four of the Fourth Doctor Adventures at a fantastic discounted price here.
