Kai Owen and Gareth David-Lloyd star as Rhys and Ianto, two Torchwood lads firing up the barbecue for some rest, relaxation and downtime from the endless alien incursions caused by the Cardiff rift.  

But it’s not long before things are getting frosty – and not just the beers in the ice box.

Rhys is planning a lads' night in. Barbie in the back yard, few tins, mates and bants. But the only person who turns up is Ianto – who hasn't been invited. Hell is other people, especially when they've brought board games.

With a two-hander like this you get to probe the deep waters of these two characters by shoving them together. We get to see what these two people are really like together – not everyone in Torchwood are great friends.”
