There's a special guest star for July's Terrahawks 3...
On the day of what would have been his father Gerry's birthday, producer, director and writer Jamie Anderson lets us know some exciting cast news for the upcoming Terrahawks Series 3:
"Being able to continue one of Dad's fantastic series with so many of the original cast has been a truly wonderful experience. In particular, I've found the continuity of working with actors who worked alongside Dad for so many years quite an emotional experience. So today, being able to announce our series 3 guest star David Graham - whose iconic portrayal of Parker in Thunderbirds is such a strong and memorable part of the Gerry Anderson legacy - on what would have been Dad's 88th birthday feels really special"
"It was also amazing and incredibly touching to see David Graham and Denise Bryer behind a microphone together for the first time in 58 years. The magic and connection between them is something that really affected me, and I shall certainly remember those two days of recording for a very long time!"
David voices the guest characters, Professor Otto Mattix and Elias Crick in two stories written by David Hirsch and Chris Dale. The third season brings the total number of TV and audio episodes of the series to 64, making it the Gerry Anderson series with the most episodes! Recent audio stories have filled in Zelda's back story, explored what it means to be a Stein clone, and introduced wonderful new characters like Dick Branston, Lord Low Grade, and Nickel Plate Starsons.
Terrahawks Series 3 is released in July from Big Finish Productions, and can be pre-ordered now for £20 on Download or £25 on CD - pre-release prices which will be frozen until the set's general release at the end of August when they go up by £5 on both formats.
