Doctor Who: Eldrad Must Die! kicks off a brand new trilogy starring Peter Davison as the Fifth Doctor and his companions Tegan (Janet Fielding), Turlough (Mark Strickson) and Nyssa (Sarah Sutton), all reprising their roles from the TV series circa 1983. And they're starting by facing off against an enemy last encountered by the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) and Sarah Jane Smith (Elisabeth Sladen) in TV classic The Hand of Fear! It's a huge opening tale for the trilogy from the ever-amazing mind of Marc Platt, and features the return of Stephen Thorne as Eldrad.
Also out now is Doctor Who - The Companion Chronicles: The Library of Alexandria. It returns Wiliam Russell to the role of original First Doctor companion Ian Chesterton as the Doctor and his companions visit the famed titular library and discover just what became of it. An atmospheric tale from the pen of Simon Guerrier, it's also available for download now, and CD copies of both stories will be sent out today.
